We ship Australia-wide, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days to metro areas and 10–15 business days to regional areas.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Our brushes
Which brush should I choose?
Choose the Self-Cleaning Cat Brush for cats and the Dog Deshedding Brush for dogs. Both work on short, long and dense coats.
Will it hurt my pet?
No. Our brushes are designed to be gentle on skin. Always brush softly in the direction of hair growth.
How often should I brush my pet?
2–3 times a week is ideal, and daily during shedding season (spring and early summer in Australia).
Can brushing stop shedding?
Shedding is natural and can't be stopped, but regular brushing removes loose hair before it ends up around your home.
